People with unsavory pasts can try to use search engine optimization and web-spamming tactics to make more positive websites, reviews and blog posts mentioning them show up in the top search rankings. Since most of us can’t afford that type of treatment, it’s best to be careful what you put online and follow the golden rule to make sure nobody talks dirt about you on their blog.
